The Principle
The University of Life is the largest University in the world, founded before Neolithic times, it has been running successfully now for many, many years. Our philosophy has always been to let the Students learn for themselves, and while this often causes problems, we find that the lessons are learned in the end.

Enrolment to the University is free, and you begin with a Birth Certificate which you may have to pay another, totally independent body, a small fee for (we usually find that parents pay this fee, due to your very young age). Styles may vary, but usually, the information required is the same, Mums name, Dad's name (if known), weight, religion etc.

Upon leaving the University (normally through death) another certificate is needed, this time, your relatives will have to cough up the necessary fees for this piece of paper, due to the fact that you, are not actually there, the only important information on here is the date. Interesting information like manner of death is not required.

We have been asked many times about text books on life, and obtaining them, we have to point out yet again, that the books of the University of life are ones that have to be written by yourselves, we will happily take credit for all you have learned while at our prestigious University, but we do fully expect 'you' to do all of the work yourselves.
